(a) No person shall park or stand a vehicle on public or private property for the purpose of selling or trading such vehicles described in Section 1370.01, or advertise the same as being “for sale” or “for trade”.
(b) Subsection (a) hereof shall not apply to the display for sale or trade of not more than two vehicles in any twelve (12) month period provided that all of the following conditions are met:
(1) Not more than one vehicle is offered for sale or trade at any given time, and not more than one vehicle is offered for sale or trade in any six (6) month period.
(2) The vehicle is parked on a hard surface driveway at least ten feet from the street in residentially zoned properties and fifty feet from the street in all other zoning districts.
(3) The vehicle is not parked or placed in the boulevard between the sidewalk and the curb, nor is the vehicle parked or placed on any front yard of any residential building.
(4) The owner of the vehicle is the owner or lessee of the premises.
(5) The display of the vehicle does not exceed ninety (90) continuous days.
(6) The display of the vehicle is not made by more than two signs, which together do not exceed two square feet, and are attached to the vehicle.
