As used in this section:
(a) “Person” includes individuals, firms, partnerships, associations, joint stock companies, corporations, and any combination of individuals.
(b) “Motor vehicle” means motor vehicles as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01.
(c) “Snowmobile and all purpose vehicle” shall have the same definition as given them in Ohio R.C. 4519.01.
(d) “Watercraft” shall have the same definition as given to it in Ohio R.C. 1547.01.
(e) “Casual sale” means any transfer of a motor vehicle by a person other than a dealer, salesperson, motor vehicle auction owner, manufacturer or distributor acting in his capacity as a dealer, salesperson, auction owner, manufacturer or distributor, to a person who purchases the motor vehicle for use as a customer.
(f) “Retail sale” or “sale at retail” means the act or attempted act of selling, bartering, exchanging or otherwise disposing of a motor vehicle to an ultimate purchaser for use as a customer.
(g) “Vehicle” as used in this chapter means vehicles as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01, including motor vehicles as defined therein.
