1359.27 WHERE NOTICE AND HEARING NOT REQUIRED PRIOR TO COURT PROCEEDINGS.

Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 1359.19 through 1359.23, violations of Sections 1359.18, 1359.43 and 1359.44 may be prosecuted without notice by the filing of a complaint by the Property Maintenance Officer in the Municipal court.
