1314.05 LATE FEE.

Any person as defined in Section 1314.01(a) who fails to file a complaint of foreclosure form with the Building Commissioner within the time required in Section 1314.02 shall be charged a late filing fee in the amount of three (3) times the filing fee required in Section 1314.04.
