1314.04 FEES.

(a) The annual fee for notice of a foreclosed property is one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00). The fee shall be paid at the time of notification and on the same date each subsequent year the property remains in foreclosure.

(b) Any filing made by the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office on behalf of the County Treasurer shall be exempt from paying a filing fee.
