No registration shall be issued by the City authorizing any person, corporation, or its agent to engage in the businesses listed in Section 1309.01 until a surety company bond, with terms and conditions to indemnify and save harmless the City from any damages, is filed with the Building Commissioner in the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) payable to the City.
