761.02 SIGNS AS PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.

The presence of a sign advertising the sale of real property shall constitute prima facie evidence of a violation of Section 761.01(e) by the person, firm or corporation styled upon such sign as the principal or agent of or for such proposed sale.
