§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.06, or piling, placing, or sweeping refuse, as above defined, upon any sidewalks, parkway, street, alley, or curb contrary to the manner above described shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $750 for each offense.

   (B)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 50.15 through 50.18 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750.

   (C)   (1)   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 50.25 through 50.31 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750.
      (2)   The penalties prescribed in this division are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights, remedies and penalties which the Village may otherwise seek to impose and may be available at law or in equity.

   (D)   Any person convicted of a violation of § 50.40 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750, with each day such offense occurs constituting a separate offense. This penalty is not in lieu of any other rights, remedies and penalties which the village may otherwise seek to impose and may be available at law, or in equity.

   (E)   In addition to the suspension or revocation provided for herein, any business or person found to have violated any provision of § 50.32 shall be fined not less than $250 for the first offense and not less than $500 for each subsequent offense.
