For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
RECYCLABLES. Material having an economic value in the secondary materials market, acceptable for collection by the village's recycling contractor, which currently includes: steel, tin and aluminum beverage cans; amber, green and clear glass containers; PET #1 and #2 plastic containers; newsprint and such other materials which from time to time [may] be designated by the President and Board of Trustees.
