For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Includes individuals, partnerships and corporations.
YARD WASTE. Includes grass, grass clippings, shrubbery, bush and shrub branches, leaves, trees, wood chips, plants, bushes, tree limbs or branches and any and all types of other similar materials or parts thereof.
