§ 50.18 SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF OFFICIAL YARD WASTE BAGS.
   Official yard waste bags shall be made available for public purchase at the village hall in addition to other locations as from time to time authorized by the Village Administrator. These bags shall be sold under the authority and at a cost to be determined by the village. The cost shall include the cost for the bag as well as collection and disposal of the yard waste.
