Any person accused of violating an offense subject to compliance ticket, and who is eligible for a CT, may initially be issued a CT in lieu of arrest or other village initiated penalty as provided in this chapter.
(A) In the event the violator is accused of Chapters 131, 136 or § 119.08, offenses of this code and receives a CT, the violator may pay a compliance fee of $150 to the village within ten days of the issuance of the CT as a settlement and compromise of the claim against the violator. The violator shall have until the close of business on the tenth day to satisfy and pay the village the compliance fee. In addition, for applicable violations under Chapter 131, the violator shall also immediately return to the victim the items claimed to be subject to a theft in their same condition as immediately before the incident, and/or fully pay all costs for any damage or repair to the victim and within the ten days show proof of compliance of this requirement to the Frankfort Police Chief or designee.
(B) In the event the violator is accused of violating Chapter 113, Chapter 115, or Chapter 132 of this code and receives a CT, the violator may pay an administrative fee of $100 to the village within ten days of the issuance of the CT as a settlement and compromise of the claim against the violator, except the fee for violation of §§ 92.02, 92.03, 92.06, 92.08, 92.20, 99.02, 132.20, 132.21, 132.23 and 138.02 shall be $50. The violator shall have until the close of business on the fourteenth day to satisfy said compliance fee.
