§ 153.01 ADOPTION.

   The subdivision regulations adopted by the Boone County Planning Commission are adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this code as if fully set out herein. Copies of the subdivision regulations are on file and may be obtained from the City Clerk.

§ 153.02 AMENDMENTS.

   Ordinances 0-35-80, 0-36-80, and 0-2-81, which amend the Boone County Subdivision Regulations adopted by ordinance 0-34-80, are adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
