§ 153.10 RESPONSIBILITIES OF VARIOUS CITY DEPARTMENTS.
   (A)   The city, through its Public Services Department, shall be responsible and authorized to inspect earth work and related grading for streets and pavement of streets.
   (B)   The city, through its Florence Water and Sewer Commission, shall be responsible and authorized to inspect earth work and related grading for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water systems, facilities and appurtenances.
   (C)   The Building Inspection Department of Boone County, pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement, shall be responsible for inspecting driveway aprons and sidewalks located within a proposed or existing public right-of-way for residential construction or development and be entitled to the fee for that inspection. These duties and responsibilities are in addition to those building inspection duties within the city that are now being performed by the Boone County Building Inspection Department pursuant to the Interlocal Government Agreement.
   (D)   The city, through its Public Services Department, shall be responsible for inspecting driveway aprons and sidewalks located within a proposed or existing public right-of-way for non-residential construction or development and the city shall be entitled to the fee for that inspection.
   (E)   The city, through its Water and Sewer Commission, shall perform all inspection duties and responsibilities of proposed and existing facilities and all related appurtenances, including structures, lines, and all other facilities relating to and involved in collection, distribution, transportation and work relating to all public water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer facilities within the city, including their installation, as required and outlined within the standards and specifications of the adopted Boone County subdivision regulations.
