I. City/County Construction Inspection Fees
1. Improvement Plan Review
A) Earthwork/Grading and Street Pavement Inspections - $1.60 per lineal foot along street centerlines.
B) Storm Drainage System Inspection - $0.75 per lineal foot of pipe.
C) Sanitary Sewer System Inspection - $0.55 per lineal foot of pipe.
D) Water System Inspection - $0.55 per lineal foot of pipe.
E) Driveway Apron/Sidewalk Inspections - $60.00 per driveway apron and $0.10 per lineal foot of sidewalk in commercial, industrial or office subdivision. For residential subdivisions, a similar fee is required upon submittal of a building permit application.
F) If Earthwork/Grading Inspection fee is paid as part of Grading Plan Review, the applicant shall only submit a fee for street pavement inspection or $0.80 per lineal foot along street center lines.
G) If Storm Drainage System Inspection fee is paid as part of Grading Plan Review, the applicant shall not be required to submit an additional fee.
NOTE: Construction Inspection Fees shall be limited to improvement items to be dedicated for public use and maintenance on Final Plats and grading work on the entire site or a portion thereof.
Construction Inspection Fees shall be measured and calculated by the applicant and be verified by the Boone County Planning Commission according to the submitted Improvement Plan drawings.
For Improvement Plan Reviews, seventy-five percent (75%) of the fee for Items A-G shall be submitted prior to approval of said plans with the remaining balance to be submitted prior to approval of the Final Plat.
2. Grading Plan Review
A) Earthwork/Grading Inspection - $0.80 per lineal foot along street center lines as indicated on approved Preliminary Plat.
B) Storm Drainage System Inspection - $0.75 per lineal foot of pipe if proposed as part of Grading Plan Review.
NOTE: Construction Inspection Fees shall be limited to grading plan items to be dedicated for public use and maintenance on Final Plats and grading work of the entire site or portion thereof.
For Grading Plan Review, one hundred percent (100%) of the fee for Items A & B shall be submitted prior to approval of said plan.
If fees for Items A & B are paid at the Grading Plan Review stage, then these fees are not required at Improvement Plan Review and Final Plat Review unless changes are made.
Construction Inspection Fees shall be measured and calculated by the applicant and verified by the Boone County Planning Commission according to the submitted Grading Plan drawings and approved Preliminary Plat.
3. Final Plat Review
A) Remaining balance of the fee (25%) required in Items A-G under Improvement Plan Review to be submitted within each section of a Final Plat, where applicable.
NOTE: Construction inspection fees shall be limited to improvement items dedicated for public use and maintenance on Final Plats.
Construction inspection fees shall be measured and calculated by the applicant and be verified by the Boone County Planning Commission according to the submitted Final plat drawings and approved Improvement Plan.
