§ 92.19 VIOLATIONS.

Any person who violates any provision of the rules and regulations may be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. The Town of Fletcher Police Department may issue citations or take other legal measures as may be allowed to enforce the terms and provisions of the rules and regulations set forth for Fletcher Community Park.
