§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of division (A) of § 92.01 shall be punishable as provided in G.S. § 14-4, and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $50.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 92.15 through 92.19 shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $50, plus court costs. If any violation continues, each day’s violation may be considered a separate offense. Flagrant misuse of parks and recreation facilities will result in a forfeiture of future use or reservation privileges.

   (D)   Anyone who is found in violation of § 92.17(B)(36) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500 per offense and/or 30 days in jail as outlined in G.S. § 14-4(a). Each and every entry into the park, regardless of the time period involved, shall constitute a separate offense under this division. This division (D) is effective July 1, 2005.
