Any person or persons entering into a lease or rental agreement of any recreation facility or recreation area agrees to hold harmless the town. The sponsor shall assume full responsibility. Rates shall be charged, and a rate schedule shall be updated and approved by the Parks and Recreation Commission. Failure to abide by the listed rules and regulations will result in forfeiture of future rental use of the town’s facilities.
