§ 111.08 REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF SOLICITORS.
   Any persons, firms or corporations going from place to place requesting donations of funds or goods for charitable or religious purposes shall be deemed solicitors and as such shall not be required to obtain a license; provided, however, that, to protect the citizens of the town from fraud and deception, all solicitors shall register with the Town Clerk by giving their names, addresses and the true and correct names of the organizations they represent and show proof of their authority to represent such organization.
