553.04 DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE ENGINES RESTRICTED IN U1, U2 AND U3 USE DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person shall allow or permit the running of a diesel locomotive engine within 500 feet of a U1, U2 or U3 Use District for a period in excess of five minutes while such locomotive is in a standing position.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 599.02.
