737.01 NUISANCE DECLARED; FENCE REQUIRED.
   The operation, erection, establishment and maintenance of a place or places by any person for the purpose of carrying out or engaging in the operation of a junk yard or other place for the storage and sale of wrecked and junked automobiles, scrap iron, rubber, paper, rags or other unsightly material within the City is hereby declared to be a nuisance and an impairment to the health, safety and public welfare of the residents and inhabitants of the City. No person shall engage in the operation or maintenance of such a place or places unless a fence is constructed, maintained and erected around such place or places in such a way that it is completely enclosed. The fence shall be of such construction that no person, stick or rod can be introduced through the fence in any way whatsoever and such fence shall be at least eight feet in height.

737.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
