At each meeting of the City Commission, the following regular order of business shall be observed, unless dispensed with by a majority vote of the members present:
   (A)   Call to order by the Mayor;
   (B)   Roll call;
   (C)   Reading of minutes of the previous meeting and approval or correction;
   (D)   Grievances from citizens;
   (E)   Communications from the Mayor;
   (F)   Reports from committees, members of the City Commission and other officers;
   (G)   Old business;
   (H)   New business; and
   (I)   Adjournment.
