(a) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle, other than a commercial vehicle, in any place marked as a truck zone from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., during which time the zone is reserved for loading purposes.
(b) No person shall stop, stand or park a commercial vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials in any place marked as a truck zone, during the hours when the provisions applicable to truck zones are in effect. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of materials exceed thirty minutes.
(c) Commercial vehicles engaged in the unloading and delivery, or pickup and loading of materials, shall, where practical, make such deliveries or pickup from the alley, where an alley abuts the building where delivery or pickup is to be made and where such building is provided with an entrance or exit to the alley.
