CHAPTER 353 Parking Meters

EDITOR'S NOTE: Chapter 353 was repealed by Ordinance 92-101, passed May 5, 1992, which ordinance required the removal of all parking meters throughout the City, made the Lake Avenue and Washington Avenue parking lots free parking lots, and retained all other lots as permit or paying lots. See Section 351.22.
