12-7-1: PURPOSE:
   A.   R-D-1, Recreational Development, Low Intensive Use: The development of structures or areas for human enjoyment, refreshment interaction, diversion or convenience, where structures are less than eight hundred (800) square feet of floor area or where vehicular traffic is generally generated in an amount less than one hundred (100) trips per acre per day.
   B.   R-D-2, Recreational Development, Intensive Use: The development of structures or areas for human enjoyment, refreshment interaction, diversion or convenience, where structures exceed eight hundred (800) square feet of floor area or where vehicular traffic is generated in excess of approximately one hundred (100) trips per acre per day.
