12-2-1: PURPOSE:
The O-5 classification is intended to encourage farm activity in conjunction with rural residential living. Normal ranching and agricultural practices shall not be considered a nuisance condition. Nothing in this regulation is intended to interfere with normal ranching or agricultural practices that might result in conditions such as noise, dust or odor for temporary periods of time. Mineral and natural resources' exploration and extraction also shall be permitted in this zoning. (Ord. 410, 8-25-1986)
