§ 52.021 POLLUTED DISCHARGE INTO NATURAL OUTLET PROHIBITED.

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged into any natural outlet any wastewater or other polluted waters except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the NPDES permit.
