§ 52.023 PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL RESTRICTED.

Except as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, sanitary vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
