(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Each violation of §§ 92.45 through 92.56 or of any regulation, order or ruling promulgated hereunder shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days or both; and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
