§ 90.20 CLIMBING ON BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except a person authorized by the Director, to climb upon any recreational building, bridge, rail, dam, cliff, boulder or tree; or, attach to any structure, tree or other natural object any rope, cable, chain or vine for the purpose of a swing.
