§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.05 and 73.07 through 73.14 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $100.
      (2)   Any person found to be in violation of § 73.06 shall be fined in the amount of $25. Each occurrence that is in violation of § 73.06 shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B) Any person who violates § 73.34 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $25.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
