§ 73.01  OPERATORS TO CONFORM TO MOTOR VEHICLE RULES.
   (A)   For purposes of this chapter, BICYCLE shall mean any foot-propelled vehicle, irrespective of the number of wheels in contact with the ground.
   (B)   Operators of bicycles, when on a public highway or street, shall  conform to the rules established for the operation of motor vehicles, including the directions and the instructions of official traffic-control signals and devices applicable to vehicles, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
