§ 73.07 LIGHTS AND REFLECTOR.
   Bicycles while being operated during the period of darkness shall display a white light on the front thereof, the lamp to be securely fastened to the bicycle, and plainly visible from a distance of 300 feet ahead under normal atmospheric conditions. They shall also display a red reflector on the rear thereof, which shall be plainly visible at night in the lawful lights of motor vehicles for a distance of 200 feet to the rear under similar conditions.
