§ 158.11  FENCES.
   All outdoor, residential swimming or wading pools and spray pool areas shall be completely enclosed with a wall, natural barrier, hedge, woven-wire type or wood fence, sufficient to make the body of water inaccessible to small children.  The enclosure, including gates therein, shall not be less than 6 feet above the underlying ground, subject to maximum height limitations set forth in the Zoning Code, as amended.  All gates must be equipped with latches or locks placed four feet above the underlying ground at sufficient height to be inaccessible from the outside to small children.
