§ 158.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   When the Department of Buildings finds that the provisions of these regulations are not being met, or that any condition exists that endangers the life, health or safety of the users of any bathing place, he or she may order the pool closed until the condition is corrected.
      (2)   Continued failure to comply with these regulations shall be cause for revocation of any operating permit.
   (B)   (1)   Any owner of a swimming pool who violates, or aids or abets any violations of, any of the provisions of this chapter, shall upon conviction, be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100.
      (2)   Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
