(A) A permit shall be obtained from the Department of Buildings before any bathing place may be altered, remodeled or constructed. Plans and specifications must be approved by the Department of Buildings prior to the issuance of the permit. Upon completion and before use, the owner shall make application to the Department of Buildings for an occupancy permit and final inspection shall include plumbing and electrical approval.
(B) Fee schedule:
(1) Wading pool: $3.
(2) Residential or private swimming pool: $10.
(3) Public swimming pool: $20.
(C) Plumbing and electrical permits shall be secured before the building permit is approved.
