7-1-4: DRAINAGE OF POLLUTING SUBSTANCE:
It shall be unlawful for any residence, business or industry to allow drainage of a polluting substance 1 into any street, alley, sidewalk or public right of way of the city. (1991 Code § 17-4; amd. 2013 Code)
