286.02 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established a Records Commission in and for the City, to be composed of the Mayor or his or her designee, the Manager or his or her designee, the Law Director or his or her designee, the Finance Director or his or her designee and the Clerk of Council.
