CHAPTER 270 Board of Control

EDITOR'S NOTE: Chapter 270 was repealed by implication by the adoption, by the voters, on November 6, 1991, of the City Charter, which did not provide for the continuation of the Board of Control, a purely statutory board created by Ohio R.C. 733.21
