4-1-1: ADOPTION OF CODES:

There is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, by the city council for the purpose of regulating buildings in the city and of protecting the health and safety of the city’s citizens the following:

   A.   The International Building Code (IBC), 2021 edition, together with amendments and modifications, as set forth in Title 24, Chapter 301, of the Administrative Rules of Montana, as adopted by the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry;

   B.   The International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), 2021 edition, together with all accompanying appendices, amendments and modifications, as set forth in Title 24, Chapter 301, of the Administrative Rules of Montana, as adopted by the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry;

   C.   The International Residential Code (IRC), 2021 edition, together with amendments and modifications, as set forth in Title 24, Chapter 301, of the Administrative Rules of Montana, as adopted by the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry;

   D.   The International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2021 edition, together with all accompanying appendices, amendments and modifications, as set forth in Title 24, Chapter 301, of the Administrative Rules of Montana, as adopted by the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry;

   E.   The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC), 2021 edition, together with all accompanying appendices, amendments and modifications, as set forth in Title 24, Chapter 301, of the Administrative Rules of Montana, as adopted by the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry; and
