A. No building construction, alteration, repair, or demolition may begin without a permit issued by the building official if a permit is required by the enforced codes.
B. The building official must retain the building permit and upon completion of the permitted work the permit shall be retained by the city clerk as a public record. (Ord. 273, 7-7-2020)
