4-1-3: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this title, the following definitions apply, unless specified otherwise:
 
BUILDING OFFICIAL:
The building official appointed by the mayor or the building official's designee, to include a building inspector and all city code inspectors.
ENFORCED CODES:
All codes adopted and enforced by the city as specified in this chapter. (Ord. 273, 7-7-2020)
