(a) The following offices and position are hereby created and established in the Dunbar Fire Department:
(1) One Deputy Chief.
(2) No more than three Assistant Chiefs.
(3) No more than three Captains.
(4) No more than three Lieutenants.

(b) As many firemen as the Council and Mayor may deem necessary from time to time.
The duties performed by the persons occupying the current positions shall remain the same as the newly changed titles.
(c) The positions herein created shall be set forth and designated in Rules and Regulations of the Dunbar Fire Department, which Rules and Regulations shall be approved by the Council of the City. (Ord. 572. Passed 6-16-97.)
