13-1-1: PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER PART OF CONTRACT:
The provisions of this chapter shall be considered a part of the contract with every person who takes water supplied by the city, and every such person who takes water shall be considered as having expressed such person's agreement to be bound thereby. (2007 Code § 44-122)
13-1-2: CITY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKS IN LINES:
The city shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by the breaking of any service pipe, water main or fire hydrant. (2007 Code § 44-123)
