12-6-2: PURPOSE:

The purpose of the board is to hear petitions of those who seek to modify regulations and restrictions regarding airport zoning issues. (Ord. 51-14, 8-4-2014)

12-6-3: INTERNAL ORGANIZATION AND RULES:

The board may adopt rules and regulations to govern its organizational procedures as may be necessary and which are not in conflict with this code or the Iowa Code. (Ord. 51-14, 8-4-2014)
