17-1-100: PENALTIES:
It shall be a Class C misdemeanor for any person to fail to comply with the provisions of this title. In addition to any criminal prosecution, the City may pursue any other legal remedy to ensure compliance with this title including, but not limited to, injunctive relief. (Ord. 480, 12-3-2002, eff. 1-1-2003)
