§ 4-201.   Additional Information Required.
   In addition to any other requirements to obtain a building permit from Dover Township, an applicant shall be required to submit information to insure that the grading of any building lot is in conformance with: (A) any approved preliminary or final subdivision or land development plan; (B) stormwater management ordinance; or, Dover Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance [Chapter 22].
