The purpose of this Part is to protect the health of the residents of the Township and the quality of water obtained from domestic water wells, to set minimum required isolation distances between domestic water wells and on-lot sewage disposal systems and other features, and to set minimum standards for construction, major repair and abandonment of domestic water wells.
