This Part is enacted pursuant to the provisions of the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 65101 et seq., and in furtherance of the Township's Official Sewage Facilities Plan, Res. 93-18, 7/26/1993, which was adopted pursuant to the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act, 35 P.S. § 750 et seq.
