§ 26-291.   Fees Established by Resolution.
   All fees for operating permits and review of subdivision and land development plans shall be established by a resolution of the Board of Supervisors. Fees established shall be reviewed at least annually and adjusted as required and shall include costs involved with the implementation of this Part including Township administrative costs and engineer review fees.
